1. The First Chat
You get in touch, we ask the right questions. We’ll find out what you're planning, talk through your drawings (if you’ve got them), and discuss budgets, timelines, and how we can help.
👉 If you’ve already got an architect or plans, great. If not, we’re happy to recommend someone we trust.
2. Quotation & Programme
Once we’ve reviewed your drawings and project scope, we’ll provide a clear, itemised quotation. You’ll also get a proposed programme of works so you know what happens when.
👉 No guesswork. No fluff. Just straight-talking, detailed pricing.
3. Pre-Construction Setup
Once the quote is accepted, we’ll handle the paperwork: contracts, insurance details, health & safety, and access arrangements. You’ll be introduced to Luke, our Site Manager, and we’ll finalise the schedule.

4. On Site – We Get Building
This is where the graft begins. Our team — led by Luke and backed by trusted subcontractors — gets to work. Nigel keeps the numbers sharp. Vicky runs the show from the office. You get regular updates and a tidy, well-managed site.
👉 We don’t disappear mid-job. We’re there every step of the way.
5. Finishing Up
As we near completion, we handle the final inspections, clean the site, test all systems, and get everything ready for handover. You’ll walk through the build with us to check every detail.

6. Aftercare
We don’t vanish once the job’s done. We stand by our work and offer aftercare support in case anything crops up. You’ve got our number — and we pick it up.
